Before you start
Is the size band a quote?
No, and it is deliberately a band rather than a number. It reads your answers about how many projects, what exists already and when it is needed, and says which shape the work looks like. Every answer that moved it is listed underneath, so you can see what would move it back.
What happens to my answers?
They stay in your browser, on your own device, so you can close the tab and come back to them. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask for the scope by email or send it with a brief — and then only what you can see on the page.
Do I have to answer all 15?
No. An area you skip is simply left out — it is not counted as a bad score. Answering the last three matters most, because they are what decides whether this reads as a review, a framework piece or a programme.
Why does it tell me what is out of scope?
Because that is what makes it a scope rather than a list of things I would like to sell you. If your CDE is already working as a workflow, the report says so and takes it off the list.
What if the scope looks wrong?
Then it is doing its job — you now know exactly which of your own answers produced it, which is a faster conversation than starting from a blank page. Send it with a brief and say which part you disagree with.
