What happens with this
The finding above is yours either way. If the pack fits, it is bought inside the app on an evaluation you have already run — no conversation needed. If something has to happen upstream first, that is worth half an hour before the tender goes out rather than after the bids are open.

Before you start
Does this tell me the price?
No — the pack has one published price and it is on the Capsar page, where it belongs. This tells you whether the pack fits your procurement as it stands, which is the question the price cannot answer.
Why does “no EIR” override everything else?
Because the pack scores submissions against your requirements. With nothing to score against there is nothing for it to do yet, however well organised the matrix and the panel are. Saying “it fits” in that case would be the one answer this tool cannot afford to give.
What happens to my answers?
They stay in your browser, on your own device. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask for the result by email or send it with a brief — and then only what you can see on the page.
Can I run this after the bids are in?
You can, and it will still tell you where the record will be challenged. But most of what it finds is cheaper to fix before the tender is issued than after the submissions are open, which is why the deadline question is one of the three that set the shape.
